Can I try on the suit before returning?
Yes, of course! We want you to find the perfect fit. When trying on our swimsuits for the first time, please remember to wear the appropriate undergarments and keep the hygienic liners intact—if you decide the suit isn't for you, we can only accept returns/exchanges with tags attached and the hygienic liners intact.
Why don't you have a sizing chart?
Everyone is shaped differently. If our models are any indication, your measurements can be higher than someone else's but you can still wear a smaller size than them. Instead of having a generic sizing chart, each suit has a list of our models measurements so you can compare measurements AND body type. That way, you can find a more accurate fit. Please feel free to send us an email or DM if you have any questions about sizing.
What are the suits made of?
Our suits are made with a 80% Polyester/20% Lycra blend, making them the perfect blend to let your print shine while still being comfortable and giving just the right amount of support.
When will my favorite print come back?
All of our suits are made in small-batch, limited-edition prints. While it's possible your favorite print may come back in the future, once a print is gone, it is considered sold out until further notice.
Where are your suits manufactured?
Our suits are manufactured in Colombia.
How are you aiming to be more environmentally conscious?
We chose a manufacturer whose views on sustainability aligned with ours. Here are some stats from our facility:
- Zero CO emissions
- Reduced energy consumption and power usage + energy saving lights
- Natural gas instead of crude oil usage
- Reduced water consumption + 84% recycled water
- Reduced + controlled noise pollution (sound proofing + trees planted to bolster insulation)
- Developed a technological process that minimizes environmental impact
- Invest in water treatment plants
We also use 100% compostable mailers to ship your suits and don’t include any other packaging to reduce waste!
Shipping costs?
At this time, shipping costs are set at a flat rate of $6 for domestic + a separate flat rate of $15 for international orders.
However, if you order one of our swimsuits AND something that comes from one of our print-on-demand suppliers (apparel + merchandise) in the SAME order, you will be charged for two shipping labels as your order will be coming from two different locations.
PLEASE NOTE - we do offer FREE SHIPPING on any order over $200.
What is my tracking number?
You can find your tracking number on your emailed receipt.
Do you refund shipping?
At this time, we are not able to refund shipping costs.
How quickly will my order ship?
We usually do same day shipping because we are just as excited for you to get your package as you are. However, please allow up to 3 business days just in case! If we will be away from the shop for an extended period of time, you will be able to find that advertised on our instagram account with an approximate shipping date.
Why do sweatshirts, t-shirts, and other merchandise ship separately from swimsuits?
All of our swimsuits are shipped directly from us while our apparel + accessories are made to order. Every time you place an order for one of our print on demand products it is sent to a third party to print and ship directly to you. This method allows us to reduce waste by only producing the exact quantity that is needed. If you order both a suit and a POD product in one order you will be charged additional shipping costs but can expect your suit to be shipped out as usual. Please allow additional time for POD products to arrive. Print on demand products will be identified in the description of each product.
Why do you have a no return policy on apparel + accessories?
Because our sweatshirts, t-shirts, and other merchandise are made to order we cannot accept exchanges or returns. Please keep this in mind when choosing your size.
